Terms

Plain language. Prices are in Australian dollars. If we show a price, it is the amount you pay (GST treated as the live store is configured — inclusive on this site).

Deposit

$500 is a deposit, credited in full to the project. For a new site it unlocks the conversation. For a Website Refresh it lets us copy your current site across. It does not include hosting or a preview.

Remaining fee

The rest of the package price is due before we build. We do not start the preview until that payment clears. Express remaining is $500; Rapid $1,500; Refresh $1,000.

Time limits

14 days to finish the next step after the deposit. 7 days to approve the design pack (or confirm a refresh). Miss those windows and the place is released; the $500 stays as credit for 90 days, then is forfeited.

Change of mind

After the deposit, before pack approval: credit for 90 days, not instant cash. If we cannot deliver after a completed pack: full deposit refund.

Reviews

Two structured change rounds after the first look. Each round is shown only after we approve the revision. Vague requests (“make it pop”) are sent back. Unused rounds expire when you accept the site. You have 7 days to send notes on a presented look or that round is skipped.

Hosting

Go-live requires a Helyx hosting plan. First month free. Card on file that day; first charge at the end of month 1. Express / Rapid / Refresh $49 / mo; Advanced / E-Commerce $99 / mo. Optional maintenance +$49 / mo. Annual is 10 months billed for 12 months hosted.

Guarantee

If we miss the 24- or 48-hour window from remaining paid to the first studio-ready preview, three months of hosting are free once you subscribe. Change rounds sit outside that window.
